 How do I transfer files to my web site?

You can publish to your web site directly with a web design tool such as FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, Visual Studio .NET or similar web development / design tools.

If your web design tool does not have a publish feature, you can FTP the files to the server using a program like CuteFTP, AceFTP, WS_FTP, etc.  We have many tutorials available in this Knowledge Base describing how to use these various products.
