Yes, renewal reminders are sent prior to the renewal. If you did not receive the notification or would like to request the receipt of this transaction be resent, please email billing@re-invent.com. Our billing dept is available Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST.
We bill on a recurring basis unless your account is canceled prior to the end of your current hosting contract / term per the instructions you received when your account was activated. This provides uninterrupted access to your web site and email.
When signing up for a hosting account and agreeing to the hosting contract, you are set to be automatically billed at the end of each term (on the exact day or within several days before of after the renewal date based on when it is processed by the bank) unless your account is canceled as stated in our Web Hosting Terms and in the hosting contract that has been electronically signed.
You can view your hosting contract term dates at anytime by logging into our Customer Portal so you will know when your account is to be renewed. Please also be sure your contact information is correct so you receive our email correspondance. Free email providers like Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail may cause issues with receiving important emails.
