What happens if I request cancellation within 30 days of my account activation?

If the Effective Cancellation Request Date falls within the 30 days after your account was originally activated, then you qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee.
All monthly hosting fees that we collected will be refunded to your credit card (the one used for account activation) within 30 days.
Please note: Setup fees, bandwidth addons, and domain name fees are non-refundable.
