What happens if I request cancellation after 30 days or somewhere in the middle of my current hosting term.

If the Effective Cancellation Request Date falls after the 30 days after your account was originally activated, then you do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee unless there was a direct and ongoing hosting related uptime problem that caused you to cancel your account. A refund of the effected month and any remaining months of the hosting contract would be made.
When purchasing a hosting plan initial contract or contract renewal and keep your account greater than 30 days we anticipate that you will complete your hosting term contract and cannot "hold" your funds in the event of an account cancellation.
