How do I set File Permissions in the Control Panel?

Log into the control panel at https://cp.re-invent.com, go to the the file manager area after clicking on your web site, go into the File Manager and then locate the file or folder you want to change and click the little lock icon which says permissions when you hover over it, look over the permissions and find your application user (mydomain_web) and the Network Service user and set the permissions you require..
