Can you host my existing domain name?

Yes. When you place a web hosting plan order using our online ordering system, on Step 3, choose the option that the domain has already been registered.  In our Welcome Email package we send after account activation you will receive instructions on how to point your domain name to our servers.  The process of updating a domain and pointing it to our servers generally takes approximately 24 hours.

We do provide you with an IP address or temporary domain name so you can upload and test your site on our server in the meantime. All email and web pages will still be accessed from your old host until the domain is pointing to our servers. Once your domain name is officially pointing to us, you may cancel your account at your previous provider.
